Who we are

Rooted in engineering, expanded into hospitality.

Vemula Groups was founded in 1970 by Vemula Hanumantha Rayudu as a construction practice focused on structural reliability and timely delivery. Over five decades, the group has grown to include architecture, interiors, landscaping and hospitality — while staying family-led and hands-on.

Today, we work across residential, commercial and boutique hospitality projects, including Sthaviro Retreat and Vemula Coffee & Spices. Our approach is simple: combine robust engineering, thoughtful design and warm guest experiences.

Airport Work

Passenger amenities & airport fitouts

Vemula Groups has delivered specialist airport projects focused on passenger experience, wayfinding and robust finishes. Our completed airport projects include the reading lounge and associated lounge building in Terminal 1, fitout and services work in Terminal 2, and the design & delivery of the Information Centre. These projects combine durable materials, accessibility-first wayfinding, and operational coordination to keep terminals running during construction.

Terminal 1 — Reading lounge & lounge building: lounge planning, shower suites, dedicated F&B and guest services.
Terminal 2 — Fitout & passenger amenities: retail concourse fitouts, lighting, acoustics and finishes for high-footfall areas.
Information Centre: accessible desks, tactile wayfinding and digital kiosk integration for passenger assistance.
