Project overview
This Nagarbhavi residential interior project transforms a 3-bed family apartment into a flexible, low-maintenance home. The brief prioritised improved cross-ventilation, intelligent storage, clear circulation and finishes that withstand daily family use while remaining warm and inviting.
Design approach
We focused on opening sightlines, improving natural ventilation paths and introducing built-in storage to reduce clutter. The palette uses warm neutrals, easy-clean surfaces and tactile textiles to balance durability with comfort.

- Reoriented furniture layout to maximise cross-ventilation and daylight into living spaces.

- Compact multi-use study nook designed for remote work without sacrificing living area.

Outcome
The fitout delivered a markedly more functional and comfortable family home — with improved daylighting, optimised storage and simplified maintenance. A handover pack including cleaning and supplier details was provided to the client.

Design & technical notes
Finishes were selected to balance durability and warmth — resilient porcelain tiles in wet zones, matte laminate joinery for easy upkeep, and soft washable textiles in living and bedrooms. Lighting is zoned with dimmable circuits and task lighting for work-from-home needs.
