Project overview
Sahakarnagar House — Elevation is a focused facade upgrade to refresh the home's street identity, improve solar control and integrate a modest landscape buffer. The design balances a clean contemporary language with locally-appropriate materials and detailing for easy maintenance.
Design approach
We developed a layered facade strategy — a primary volumetric form softened with planted screens and articulated openings. The palette uses light-toned cement plaster, warm timber accents and perforated metal screens to control sunlight and create privacy without losing connection to the street.
