Rooted in engineering, grown into design and hospitality

Vemula Groups was founded in 1970 by Vemula Hanumantha Rayudu as a construction practice focused on structural reliability and timely delivery. Over five decades the group has added architecture, interiors, landscaping and hospitality — while staying family-led and hands-on.

Today we work across homes, commercial spaces, public institutions and Kempegowda International Airport, and run Sthaviro Retreat and Vemula Coffee & Spices. The approach hasn’t changed: robust engineering, thoughtful design and people who feel looked after.

When we put our name on a project, it is a promise — that the structure is sound, the details are thought through, and the people living or staying there feel taken care of.
