    Site work with weekly reviews, quality checks and progress updates.

Questions people ask

Do you take on smaller homes?

Yes — independent homes, duplexes and apartments, as well as larger villas and commercial projects. Scope and fees are scaled to the project.

Can you join a project that already has an architect or contractor?

Often, yes. We regularly work in a consulting or partial-scope role: design reviews, interiors, landscape or hospitality planning.

Do you work outside Bengaluru?

Yes. Most of our work is in and around Bengaluru, and we have also built homes in Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Challakere, and schools in Chitradurga and Mysore districts.

Have you worked in live, public buildings?

Yes. We delivered the lounge and the Special Assistance Zone at Terminal 1, Kempegowda International Airport, and gardens on the NIMHANS campus — all while those spaces stayed open.
